This is a 2002 Ducati Monster 900 ie in Ducati yellow. It has 1471 miles and is in excellent condition. It was ridden by Michael Schumacher for 3 weeks here in the US prior to the 2002 Canadian GP. He signed it and we clearcoated the tank to protect the sig. It is the perfect bike for the diehard Michael Schumacher fan. With him at 11 wins already this season it appears he is the best ever! Please feel free to contact me for complete details ,pricing, and provenance. Thanks for passing the word!

Interesting I always thought he rode Harleys around the USA.

I'll have to ask my Ducati mates ;)

Thanks for the help ! It is important to me that it go to the right place so I am in no hurry. It will be right for the right enthusiast. I struggle with keeping vs selling as I dont ride it much but my wife won't allow it to live in the living room as "art"...lol

BTW I apologize to the webmaster for the multipost I just didnt know which place was best for it. Collectable, Italian other or Bikes, so sorry and thanks!

I could put it in MY living room as "art".

But my new apartment is on the third floor, and I don't know if my neighbors would like me driving it up the stairs......

What's a "like new" Monster worth??? Schuni's signature has to be worth at least $300 -$500, as it is on a ball cap....

    Psk,

Actually I follow both the Ferrari and Ducati Racing Teams, Shell Oil supports both....

I also collect both Ducati and Ferrari die cast models, but family obligations for now have made me pledge to abstain from riding or owning motorbikes.

I guess I could have some "art" in the living room though.....;)

I'll need to hire a crane to "install" it though........LOL

The neighbors talk about me anyway, firing off the 308s sets off all the car alarms..

They are the least expensive of the Duc's, with a 600cc starting around $6K.
I can call... don't you love these guys who come to sell something and then don't hang around?

How 's things with the squids???

My mom would KILL me if i bought this...she's on the ceiling now over owning TWO Ferraris.

I can't convince her one is needed as a "spare".

She's quite convinced I'd kill myself on a scooter, having had three very unpleasant close calls already..

They convinced me I needed a safer hobby, so I bought a parasail for the boat...:)

NADA Blue book shows retail $8,000.00

But I was taken with an unsold 2002 ST4S for $12K with bags..may be more my style for an old guy!

What are yoiu looking to get out of it?

I'm not a die hard Schumi fan but i do respect his accomplishments, and he seems to be more human as time goes on. When he first rose to fame I had a real hard time warming to him at all....
