Still waiting for mine to break. When is the big day? CANT freaking wait to post about my car breaking down, so I can say that the car is a Piece of Shiit like so many are lead to believe!

    5,500 Miles and nothing broke.....Kinda disappointing....... ;)

    OK, I feel better now!

Check your CEL bulbs - sometimes if you tap them they'll come back on.

    Very funny thread.

Here is opinion of why people mutter these ramblings……

I think it is more convenient for a person to say something is unreliable and therefore they do not want to go ahead and purchase said item, rather than tell the truth and admit they cannot afford it or do not possess the required passion to live with a car of this nature. It all comes back to if you are passionate about these cars, who cares if it breaks, it can be fixed, and if it does not break, it will not need fixing. This is a simple decision, one that is made with your heart and not with your head. To those that compare an Fcar to some other brand sighting reliability as their primary reasoning, then these people do not have the passion, me, and many on here share.
When I brought my car, I went into the ownership with my eyes open and some knowledge basis to work with, I had a ppi done, I brought it, I love it, I will never regret that decision, and tomorrow I will pick it up from the workshop after having a few problem’s ironed out.

At the end of the day, 348’s are awesome, 355’s are awesome, Ferraris are awesome, owning one is for many only a dream, for us lucky few it is a reality. Let those that don’t have the ball’s to take the step into ownership live without ever knowing the love affair of Ferrari ownership.

my car has caused me no problems in itself really. 2 yrs. had a broken spark plug once ,didnt realize and switched out the orig plug wires(they were hard and corroded anyway), and then o2 sensors before i figured it out... lol . never use champion plugs. the dealer did that to me!

That 'Thing' is perfect!! see www.Eugeniosferrariservice.com to see why!

A properly maintained car has very few things to worry about ;)

Testing fate? all I can say about that is.....BRING IT ON!

200 whats, 200 feet? 200 kleenex's for the tears from all the abuse, or tears from all the drives you've missed?

5,500 miles isn't even broken in on these cars - head for 20,000 miles and then we'll talk :)

    JDM's right!

Total on the car is 17,800 ish.

Kleenex was for the tears I shed because I was so disappointed that the car didn't fall apart! :D

CELs were an option for the 328. They have 'Still no problem' stenciled on a green circular lens and light when the ignition is on.

He has AAA, plus No Doubt on speed dial. That kind of journey should be OK.

I've broken lots of things on mine, but I also have 52,000+ miles on it. Drive, break, fix, drive. Note the "drive" bit :)

I try to drive it as much as I can.
2 kids, 2 stores, and one day off, doesn't leave much time for anything else.

    I bought it with 12k and now I think I'm at 19k

Tell me! What other car can get ones heart pumping by just looking at it? None. In 4 years of ownership, I still go out to the garage and say to myself, "Dude, you have a Ferrari in your garage!"
