    I am 191 cm (6 feet 3 inches) tall.

    Would I fit in a 355 coupé?

How about the spider? (With the roof up ;-)

(I just sat in a F430. It was on the limit, but works for me)

I'm 6'0 and my friend is 6'3. We both fit fine in my GTB - headroom and all.

    Thanks all.

In retro, my question was not incredibly well put.

My config is that my legs are relatively short and my back is relatively long. Would be good to hear a final word on 355 v/s F430. If some feel that the 355 is less roomy than the F430 I should probably look elsewhere.

Hmm. Drop coke and burgers from the diet? No. That's what excitement can do to people. Just bend your knees and you'll be fine. :)

A F430 is more roomy than a F355, but I don't know if I'd call it a deal breaker. If you can spend 4x the cash needed for an F355, then go for it - you won't be disappointed. Hell, buy both!

I think just sitting in one will be very telling for you, so swing by a dealer and explain your concern. I have my seat adjusted so that my leg comfortably pushes the clutch easily *all* the way to the floor. Therefore, I have to splay my knees slightly to the sides of the steering wheel. That being said, once my belt is buckled and the car is started, I never give it another thought. I do understand, however, why we've seen some interesting pictures of Lohan and Hilton exiting cars lately - entry and exit is an art to be learned.

Head room may not be the problem. Your view out the front window may pose a problem that can be easily solved by removing the center rear view mirror. It rotates off the base with no problem and is easily replaced.

Try one with Challenge seats, they are mounted lower and enable taller people to fit fine.

I'm 6-4 with longer torso and shorter legs than others I know who are my same height. I was set on buying a 355 or 328 and there's just no way either one will work without modifications to the seat (such as bolting it to the floor). My line of vision is directly at the top of the windscreen on the 355, and above the windscreen in a 328. And yes, I am certain I had the seat in the best position to accommodate my height.

So my answer to you is that you MUST sit in them first before setting your heart on one.
