I think I saw this car at Ferrari of Beverly Hills two years ago and was really struck by the interior, which is gorgeous. The seat inserts and carpets go great with the exterior. It is really a beautiful and striking car. A one-off I think.
such a different market 612's vs stradales... so much manners and so few stories ....! yes the colour is my fav. for 612 and the lack of shields appeals to me personally. the grey inserts/wheel and roof/tunnel in colour are nice too i'll have to take some pix soon, these are inherited
yes are you the famous stereo guy??? i have it somewhere. how does one get regular radio. i have all this great stuff on the hard drive... but 1070 ? also i hear there's some great real time traffic avail... car is a rocket, very elegant, a good all around daily driver

i expected the 612 to feel overfed, turgid and heavy kinda like a 997 turbo... was very surprised to find the car light and balanced... feels like it weighs 3300# stunning engineering job to achieve this sporting feel with such luxury in a 4000# car
Watt try not to talk badly about my new 997TT, I still like it. Besides a new 612 is 300k plus a new turbo 133.

I am trying to decide what to put in my 612. Was the plate for the radio surround difficult to do? Any advice on what fits really well into the double DIN radio area of the 612 would be appreciated. I'm thinking Pioneer....but I hear Kenwood just came out with something nice, Alpine as well. Also, do you guys upgrade the speakers? LAstly, anyone know if the BOSE system which comes standard on the 08 612 is available to the general public/aftermarket? Thanks and your car is gorgeous! best, asg
the 14 yr old loves it! "so much better than your strads, I can look forward to riding in it" being mature, unlike his father, he appreciates the quietly elegant looks of the sca, and thinks a strad too showy!!!! and he figured out the stereo in 5 minutes!!! i didnt like the looks of the sca when it first came out but it really does look good now to me.
Pictures don't do the car justice, imo. In person it looks like a beast...... I would love to have one......
When I was on the Bose/612 press drive, I was told that the system was not avaliable via aftermarket, nor any other car other than the 612. That was a few months ago, so things may have changed.
