    the cars are all good

    2 problems w factory wires,

    they are unobtainable

if you find them they are $1500 +

Crazy situation, F never asked for a new batch from BEHR so we have to wait until they decide to or find some somewhere.

I'm going to try some of these other wires & see what works best

They are also selling them on eBay with free shipping but you might need the extenders too?

    My bad!

I do not have a reference ie. pictures, of the 512TR wires and the 512M ones.

It looks like the the part #'s for the 92-94 512TR is IGN-10330. I wonder if that includes the 512M and would there be a different wire set for the 512TR vs the 512M?

Did you happen to get a quote for these and may be the 84-91 Teastarossa by chance and if so, share that with us?

    Thanks

    512TR wires are black

I hope the 512TR & 512M wires are not different, that would really bite

I know the 512M uses different rear brake pads than the 512TR

    Dear Ferraristi,

    Dear William.

I have a 91 Testarossa and changed all my wires to Magnecor. I've had very good luck with these wires for the last 2 years. I bought the full wire set and re sleeved and rebooted with my original red silicone jackets.

One thing though, the magnecor's are a spiral wound wire. You have to make sure the pin from the distributor hits in the center. ( I know, the 512 TR M don't have dis. pins.) I thought I would just mention it.

When I did a resistance check with my m meter, all was consistant to both sides as the resistance dropped as the wire length shortened.
