Does anyone have still photos of a 458 in Rosso Maranello? I found a vid of what looks like one in connection with the Spider intro in Belgium [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNhXo8fu7VU&feature=player_embedded[/ame] but am interested in high quality photos esp showing interior.

The Belgian Spider is Rosso Maranello (def. not Fuoco). Not so sure about the second picture which I would tend to think is Fuoco - Maranello has that Cherry/Lipgloss look to me.

The night lighting makes it hard to tell but it does look more like a "candy apple" red than the Spider in the vid, which I am pretty sure is Maranello.

+1, video is definitely Rosso Maranello, as I've reported in the thread about my 458, about the very same video. In direct sunshine it is much redder than Fuoco, a bit of a 3-layer gloss Corsa. In the shade it is distinct burgundy, also much redder than Fuoco, but on the video it does sometimes look quite like Fuoco. The FF is the same colour and gives a better real life impression.

Looking carefully at the photo Iain posted, I believe that this is also Rosso Maranello, and that differences between the video and photo are due to bad cameras, poor software and night lighting.

When my car is ready in a couple of weeks I will take some decent photos so people can take those as reference for Nero Stellato and Rosso Maranello.

FWIW, this is a still from the video my brother shot, of the Rosso Maranello paint sample I had at the Atelier in Maranello. The camera is pretty crap.

Thanks Onno. This is helpful. I saw a similar sample at a dealer but did not think to take a photo. The photo is as I remember the color; almost a candy apple red with a lot of depth.
