Looking at buying my first Ferrari. Interested in a 328 located in Gaylordsville, CT (near Danbury). Would like to have someone familiar with the cars give it a once over.

For a real PPI, I'd suggest Pocono Sports car and Jim McGee. He's in PA but only about 1.5 hours away.

I'm a bit far for a driveby. Maybe a more local hero can step up.

I would suggest you give Bill Pollard a call at Sport Auto - #860-350-1515. He's located
in Gaylordsville, Ct. he can help you with a PPI and give you a expert opinion of the car
your looking to purchase and it's needs if any.

Interesting. The car is at Forza Motorsports in Gaylordsville. Expect they know each other.

Thats why I suggested Jim. I assumed the car is at Bill's place. Did I assume wrong?

Bill (Sport Auto) is right next to Peter (Forza). I would use Bill. He is not associated with Peter and he is VERY thorough. He will give you a complete list of what the car needs.

I bought my 308 through Peter and he is a good guy. He does not try to portray a car for something it is not. He has a good reptuation and is not going to do anything to risk damaging it.

You really should find one to sit in locally before getting too deep into this one. I'm 6', and I don't fit in a 328.

I service a fair amount of subsequent cars that Peter has sold. All solid cars with no surprises, or major unknown issues...A solid guy who's been around a long time!

I just bought a 308 from Peter two weeks ago and had Bill do the PPI. Both solid guys and agree with what everyone is saying.

Bill's been servicing my 355 since purchase and always does a great job. Let us know how it goes, and post some pictures. The 328 was always one of my favorites.

Ditto--I've done business with both Peter and Bill. You can't go wrong with either one. They are great guys and are very honest and competent.
