the 360 has a lot of rear blind spot, wish it came with wide angle convex side mirrors. any idea how to modify it?

Ray- You do get two. I offered them $3500, and they never even bothered to answer. Just as well, because fitting them to my 575M would probably have been a pain.

I actually don't like wide angle mirrors, except on the passenger side. They distort too much to judge distances and the proximity of other cars accurately. Instead, adjust your mirrors to minimize blind spots by following the SAE method of mirror adjustment, reprinted here from Car & Driver's website. www.carandriver.com

I must respectfully disagree that the 360 has anything like a blind spot and needs modification. I find the side and rearward visibility of my 360 to be superb, essentially no blind spot at all (noticeably better visibility than my Honda). The rear mirror is stylishly shaped to match the rear window aperture for an excellent view of cars approaching from far behind and either side. The passenger side mirror is already slightly convex and I use the convenient console controls to adjust both side mirrors outward just beyond the side of the car. Need4spds advice above for adjusting the mirrors is excellent.

As cars approach from behind, they are clearly visible in both rear and side mirrors for a long time. By the time a car is lost to the rear mirror, it completely fills the side mirror. When a car is finally visible in either side window (not the coupe windows), I can still see the back of the car in my side mirrors. There is never a time when I cannot easily see every car around me. I've driven a few sports cars but none with anything like the superb visibility of my 360.

I had Multivex Mirror (www.multivexmirror.com) custom manufacture aspheric mirror glass for all of my 3 Ferraris (456M, 575M and 360). I wouldn't drive a Ferrari without them.

They have the template for your 360 so making another pair should be a snap. Total cost for r & l mirrors with shipping should be under $200.
