    Has anyone ever drivin their challenge car on the street , say a short distance to a track event or maybe a show? I have a dealers license and tags, is there anyway to do this legally?

    No.

    But a 1995 F355 Challenge can be street legal.

    I don't think there is anyway to do it legally, they are not street legal because of exhaust output and other stuff. However, if you were to take it out on the street I'd think you would get away with it unless you came across a cop that knew exactly what it was.

    Do a SEARCH. There is a LENGTHY thread (or five) on this topic. Bottom line - yes, it can be done, especially if you have a dealer plate, but it's not something you really want to do. Especially in a 360 Challenge - you'll ruin your slicks, destroy your kidneys, scrape the car up, and might end up with the car being impounded. If you have to have a Challenge car you can drive on the street and can live with the compromises, get a 355CH. Otherwise, get a Stradale . . . .

    I just drove my 348 Challenge 540 miles from the FCA Natinal meet in Washington to my home. This car won the 1996 348 Series, and is close to it was as raced. A friend found this site that someone took pictures of it at Roebling Road in Savannah and posted it, some of the information is incorrect. I have often thought of getting a 360Challenge for ralleys, track, and the road....but that would be more dificult as they did not come with titles. I am sure it could be done in certain states, but against the advice of most.
