Sad. I particularly enjoyed the "Sadly one of my employees ran into it one night a few weeks back in my drive way".

Must have been a HUGE driveway.

That is alot of damage for a driveway incident.

I hope my wife doesn't back into my cars at 40mph

This guy states he knows of many after market brand windshields for $300.00.....WTF....if the windshield cracked something happened to the frame.....he says clear title...hmmm....no damage report..imagine that!!.....this guy seems to be on the shadey side...
What's it worth??......you'll find out after you fix it($18,000...lol) and then try to sell.

 

It may keep a clear title and carfax but 285ferrari ought to add the vin# to the directory with a note about damage.....that way if the car surfaces years from now an unexpecting member of the brotherhood won't buy it as a clean no damage vehicle

 

where do you find an aftermarket windshield for 300.00?

Exactly my thoughts. Maybe he meant to say "raceway" instead of "driveway". You would have to hit the car pretty hard to cause any frame damage when it's just sitting on a driveway.

Toggie is working on that now. He has been real busy. As soon as he is able we will add that feature and allow people to upload a few pics of their car...I saved pics from cars like that so I can add them in also...

You are going to be sorry that you asked, but some people on some cars will buy lexan, cut to shape, and install it in place of the glass.

Works fine until it gets scratches or gets shattered in a wreck (think: flying super-sharp shards of strong-as-steel plastic).

For a track car, lexan is a good fit because it is cheap and light weight and will ordinarily just pop out whole rather than shatter..for a street car, though?!
