    how do I check the level for the spyder top? Where can I top it off and what kind of fluid should I add? Thanks.

    There is info on this site I used to do the same for my roof fluid is a mercedes roof hydraylic also more specific on this site.

    agreed, but until i get my car i dont have access to a manual;) Wanted to get parts and fluids so when it arrives i can top off everything and DRIVE;)

    the hydrolic fluid is checked by opening the panel between the seats. the large box shaped cover between the seats on the firewall houses the reservoir. I'll be posting some pics on another fix for the tops, I'm replacing the elastic straps on a top this week. the WSM also shows you how to sync the pistons so the top operates with out 'kinking'.

    I've also added another modification to the 355, i was not thrilled with the engineering or application of the 'O' ring fuel block at the front of the engine. for about $350 in parts you can replace the fuel lines and fittings and switch it over to earls/russel lines. no more risk of fuel leaks and easy to service. pics to follow this weekend.
