Check out the video of the comparison drag race/test between the CTS V wagon & the MB E63 AMGEN wagon. 150+ mph in the 1/2 mile for both......awesome wagons!

I just watched this video, great stuff.

The most interesting part was hearing how these are the two most rare models that both GM and Mercedes make.

The SLS & ZR1 are commonplace by comparison!

Also good to hear that Cadillac is making money on them, so hopefully we'll see more wagons in the future.

That was the best part of the video for me. I'm hoping the V wagon is around for a long time. It's on my short list for attainable dream cars.

impressive cars. I love them both, Caddy is better looking and probably better to drive, Mercedes might be a bit more "wagon-y" if you need practicality.

and that announcer makes Rutledge Wood look competent

I've had my V-Wagon for almost a year now and love it. It is having your cake and eating it, too. I have put more miles on it than any other new car I've bought in years.

The folks next door owned one where I grew up and it did hold all 9 family members. BTW, it's a '75.

Rear bumper is off, the exhaust probably doesn't look as prominent with it installed.

The rear bumper hasn't been on that car in at least 3 years... Got a full tubi exhaust, though. Fireballs!

400 cubic inches (6.55 liters) with a four barrel. Current car (30 years later) is a V70R - 2.5 liters twin turbo and I suspect more HP and Torque.
