You guys are so, so, one sided as a group. All 908 has to do is just talk to the FBI and let them make record of his claim and documentation. Then if 908 is in fact telling the truth then all you guys will in fact eat all of your words, in the end, when the truth is made public record.

If 908,you, or anyone for that matter has proof that the chassis of this car is a replica he, you or they should post it.

Personally I doubt that that will happen and as I've said I believe the chassis is original.

If irrefutable proof is posted that it's not I'll admit I'm wrong but all your post is, is nothing more than another totally unsubstantiated claim backed by no evidence what so ever.

 

A new first time poster has expanded the scope of the defamatory claims from tortious acts to to criminal offenses. Nice touch!

 

So you're obviously 908. Do you have any idea how silly it is to make claims that counter information given by known experts, with nothing to back your counter argument? It just makes you look like a fool. IF and that is a big if, if you are right in your claim, which I don't believe you are. You have gone about trying to prove your point in such baseless manner that no one who sees your argument here would believe you anyways. You have nothing to accurately refute what is widely known.

Sorry PAL, but i believe Napolis and the "experts" on this one... you on the other hand need to show some proof like they (the aforementioned experts) have...

 

0738 was built up from"0" original parts (motor # was stamped, but not in 1958). Even the current owner knows this is a true fact...10MM is way__way__way off the mark for a 250TR "aircar!" Don't you think...."aka/Ferrari experts"?? Do your homework on this one.

I think there were two 908's that claimed to have been the Steve McQueen car. A car from France and the US . Supposedly both had parts off of the original McQueen car.

 

Once again, where is any proof at all? An anonymous posting on the internet means nothing without any sort of validation. So what can you show that supports your claims?

What evidence is there to support your claim? All you have done, is made accusations with no evidence. In addition you have accused respected forum members of lying, again with no evidence.

 

Since the OP's name has not yet been made public and it is extremely likely that 908 and EarlyFerrari are the same person violating the FerrariChat TOS, it seems entirely appropriate as a minimum to name the city that these potentially slanderous allegations are emanating.

It is one thing to engage in debate about the originality of a car, but quite another to throw completely unsubstantiated allegations into public domain 1 week before the car is to be auctioned. Clearly this is an attempt to a) discredit the car and lower its value; b) damage the seller and the auction house; and c) discredit those that have inspected the car and have vouched for its originality. I would guess that any of those affected entities would like to know in what city to file suit.

If the OP has proof to back up their claims, no worries. If not, the OP is well beyond walking a fine line.

 

Yawn. Totally unsubstantiated. The photo does not look photo shopped in any way what so ever. Unlike the people who have refuted everything you've said who have posted verifiable proof such as Marcel your posts remain totally unsupported. You stating Marcel's photo's are fake as well? How about the ones showing the Moon Landing? They fake? What about the Pentagon on 9/11 those faked as well?
