Is this one of ours? Everyone was out of the car, appears all are safe and sound. Both doors open, flames pouring out. My kid just emailed me the photo. Damn shame. DM Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks to me like it's just in front of the rear wheels. Engine fire spewing forward out of the intakes/wheelwells? Terrible, regardless. Gutwrenching to see someone's dream machine vanish like that.
That is a very small picture taken from a terrible angle but ... I could even make a case that there's a car in front of that one that's burning. No way it's the engine compartment. Bob S.
Nope. Only one car there. My kid was standing behind the camera phone that took the picture. No driver in sight either. DM
It looks like the side mirrors are visable in the pic... Doesn't make sense to me.. I bet its a fake....
Fellas, let's review. MY DAUGHTER SENT ME THE PHOTO, AS IT WAS HAPPENING, FROM HER I-PHONE. It's not a fake. It's a real fire, although it does not appear to be coming from the engine compartment. I'll try to get some details from her today, if I can. BUT, IT'S THE REAL DEAL. SHE WATCHED IT BURN. OK? Dave
So the article says it was stolen, but they think it was a fuel tank fire?! I highly doubt it wasn't related to the theft....
Are my eyes going bad? it looks orange to me , People who steal from others should have thier hands cut off .
I dunno, am I the only one who finds this particular ad funny, juxtaposed against the photo/article? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Apparently there was an electrical problem. The owner was driving it and suddenly all the dash lights came on and smoke started billowing out.
+1 It was suicide... The car would rather kill itself than be forced to drive around on those hideous wheels any longer.
