You need to go to a place called Adelaide River in the NT where they feed the wild crocs by dangling chunks of meat off a pole - I can tell you after seeing a 5 metre monster get virtually its whole body out of the water to grab the meat, I was staying VERY centred on the boat!

 

lucky you said Adelaide River, cos in Adelaide we dont have any water, hence no boat, no croc to jump out and only a lofty hunk of meat
