    Those wheels are awesome !! The car is stunning as well. Your city, well - I did a film there (Unconditional Love) and enjoyed every minute of the 4 months I spent there :) and the view from the Sears Tower was breathtaking. It's a city with class, that's for sure. I even tried to duplicate your Chicago Beef Sands. at home here in Burbank, CA. FORGET IT !!:):)

    This is going to be a tough one to pass judgement on. There are so many great cars in this grouping. YIKES!!

    Personally (from memory) I think Brent Lachelt and VTC are the front runners. Potxoli also is looking good!
    Lots of good looking cars for sure!!! I'll have to review the posted pictures when the voting starts.

    Once again I am the victim of bad timing. :(

    Another two weeks and I would have had the wheels and stone chips done.

    BUT LET ME WARN YOU GUYS NOW!!!!!

    I shall return next year with a full respray and the £7,000 zymol wax job!!!

    :D :D :D


    In the meantime, here's some pics I took 1 hour ago after I washed it. No wax on it as I don't have the special zymol undercoat chocolate stuff and not the most glamourous of backgrounds.....

    PS. Notice the seat bolsters. Would you believe I only had then done less than 7 months ago!!!! :(

    Current modifications.......

    360 Carbon seats
    360 Challenge steering wheel
    355 Magnesium Wheels
    355 Suspension bushes
    430 Scuderia stripe
    Carbon fibre heatshields from Lars
    Magnecor competition ignition leads
    NGK spark plugs
    Hill engineering interior bits & pedals
    Hill engineering cambelt tensioners
    Hill engineering spacers (25mm rear & 15mm front)*
    SFS silicon hose kit
    QV London sports springs (to be replaced with new standard springs this weekend)
    Red line gearbox oil (yes..there is a marked improvement)
    White/transparent side indicator lights (Didn't like the orange ones - but have also ordered black ones as they look even better)

    *Fronts have been temporarily removed as the suspension is too low and the wheel arches kept getting dented.


    and coming soon......

    6 pot AP RAcing brakes in red with 355mm discs (any day now :D)
    F355 rear calipers (red)
    360 Challenge wheels (assuming they fit)
    355 Bonnet vent modification (Vent painted, just waiting for the mesh that goes underneath)
    Window motor upgrade
    Harness bar with harness (well...if I have the seats... :D )


    and for 2009.......

    Full respray in mettalic Nero (maybe with a painted scuderia stripe rather than existing vinyl)
    Front lip spoiler
    Carbon fibre door sills
    Carbon fibre interior


    in a few years time........

    Put carbon disc brakes on the front (I've been told I can use the AP Racing calipers so it's just a change of pads and discs)


    and what I'd really like to do but the wife has banned......

    Carbon fibre rear spoiler :(


    things I considered but won't be doing......

    New adjustable suspension set up (If i can find one taht gives a comparable standard ride, I may reconsider)
    355 gearbox conversion (I'm not as rich as andyhls!!!)
    360 engine/gearbox conversion (I'm not as rich or as crazy as andyhls)


    you never know I might just do it......

    355 plenum modification (I know someone who has done it and am waiting for the test results, but only if I don't have to change the engine lid)

    EDIT: Oh crap, forgot to take a pic of a newspapre in the car!!! Can I do it on sunday???

    EDIT 2: The rear engine lid FERRARI badge is missing. I ahve to put a new one on, but can't remember where i put it!!!

    Thanks Lars. Those carbon heatsheilds are really cool. A must have for every engine bay in my opinion.
