I've always thought these cars were a beautiful design and traded my 993 c2 in on this car a few months ago.

I still think it's beautiful but find myself missing a manual trans sports car to drive on a regular basis.

Completely restored. All trim, chrome, paint, glass is beautiful. Matching/original 383 4bbl. Some interesting and rare options are factory cruise control (not working actually), a single drivers head rest, 3 point rear seat belts.

This car runs and drives great but it's an old car with 14" pizza cutters and an auto trans. I know, easy enough to figure these things out before I bought it but here we are.

    56k or possible trade/trade plus cash for 964, 993, 308, 328, 348, or?

I've never seen an add with so much focus on the underside of the car - not to mention the cloths on the lift pads ;)

Wow - just beautiful, Jim :)

Cars were so simplistic back then. Look at the underside of the car, nothing you can't identify or easily replace with 3 screwdrivers and a couple adjustable wrenches ;-)

That is such a clean example, maybe the nitwits from graveyard cars know some one. That's right in their wheelhouse.

At the level of detail that car has been restored to you can buy a used Ferrari cheaper. Had one of those back in my youth. Wish I still had it, would pass anything but a gas station.

You may get well above your ask at mecum or Barrett Jackson. There can't be that many chargers still out there this color-all you need is two old dudes in the same room who each had the matchbox car when they were kids b/c this is the one to get

Your best bet would be to take it to an auction.

This is a great car but as a former Mopar detailer and the owner of national show winning cars the resistance the seller faces is the color and the fact that it is a 383. Most Mopar collectors would prefer a 440 or even a 340 over the 383, and it is not a high impact color which is preferred by most Mopar aficionados. Lastly, while beautiful the car appears to be over restored. With that said I would love to own the car because my predilections tend to be towards the unusual and over restored cars.

It is an odd color and a 383. No 340 available for this of course. Would think most would prefer a red hemi 4 speed.

Agreed that it's over restored. Body should not be this straight, paint/chrome this nice. I think they were undercoated originally so should have that instead of base/clear undercarriage. Core support should be blacked out.

No plans on taking it to an auction. It's only listed here which is about as far as my motivation to sell this will take me.

Just got home from Thanksgiving dinner at my parents house, still enjoying it even with the little 383 :D
