Can someone give me the address again please? Can't make C&C on Sat so will try to make it out to this with a buddy and his Volvo this Sunday.

Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry I've been away...unfortunately, I'm still traveling this weekend so I will not be able to make C&C again this week.

Matt - as far as I know it's still on. I would say that it will continue to go on as long as Katie's Cars & Coffee is still on. I posted the addess on the 1st post. Here you:

When: Every SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!!!!
Time: 8:30 AM - 10 AM (or there abouts)
Where: Starbucks @ Fairlakes Circle
12599 Fair Lakes Circle
Fairfax, VA 22033

It's located near the Kohl's and Dick's Sporting Goods stores. There's PLENTY of parking!!

If you or anyone else who attends can please take and post pictures, I would really appreciate it! I "should" be back next weekend.

Plenty of parking however, today was pretty light in attendance...

Only 6 or 7 cars and some construction at the west entrance to avoid (mud, etc.).

Was it the thread of rain, or???

Last Sunday we had a nice, yes small turnout 6 or so cars....But as long as the weather is nice I plan to show up. I understand the weather is going to be nice this weekend!

It's good to hear from you!! It's been a while since I've seen the gang. My Son is actually going in withdrawl because he's been begging me to take him. But he was sick this past weekend and he was REALLY disappointed that we couldn't go.

If you'll be there, I'll definitely be there too!!

...I tried to wake up in time for this however, I could not - I had been up since 4 AM the morning before, flying to the middle of nowhere to look at a car, then fly home (before anyone really knew I was gone)...

Anyways, maybe next week...

Wow...it was GREAT being back at Cars and Coffee!!! I really missed hanging out, seeing the cars and meeting new people. I've been told that the Fairlakes C&C averages about 10 cars per event. That's good! Hopefully we can get some more people out there before the weather turns bad.

It was GREAT seeing Bobert and his Ferrari! Unfortunately for the Tifosi, this week was mainly a Porsche show with 3 cars in attendance. One of the highlights was a 2011 GT3 that Steve just picked up. We also had Don's beautiful cobra present. Also making an appearance was a metallic blue Mercury Cougar and a 1986 Pontiac Fiero Mera. The 2nd highlight of the show was Bob's 1958 Lister Jaguar replica!

The sound coming from this Jag was phenominal!!! Thanks to a Corvette Z06 powerplant that sits under the bonnet. You should definitely come out and hear Bob talk about building this car!

I never said it was a 308!

I labeled it correctly..."Pontiac Fiero Mera".

The Lister Jag-Vette is really fine. The quality of his workmanship on this car was better than anything I have ever seen. If you ever get to see this car you will be totally amazed and the fit and finish. He is truly a craftsman!

I've seen one of those running around down here in Stafford...

It may even be the same guy. I've yet to see him while out with my 308 or 360. I need to get out more!
