He used to be there every year. It was only the last couple of years that he missed.

Me too Gary, still preparing. I'll be there Friday morning trying to beat the heat and the traffic. Call me when you arrive. PM me if you need a cell #.

Valentino leads a local driving tour on Sunday. So we'll all be having donuts ...
Then Mon. & Tue. are the track days.

How long are you staying this year?

Bob S.

I went last year (spectator only) and it was nice even with the weather issue.

I can't make it Saturday but, could go Friday or Sunday. Would either day have more cars than the other?

There was no weather issue last year the day of the concours?

Friday is arrival day.
Sunday is the tour led by Valentino as well as a slalom event run by the Local Jag club.
Monday and Tuesday are track days.

Generally speaking, the cars that show up for the track don't show up for the concours. There are exceptions of course.

Saturday remains the best day to see the concours cars.

Oh, maybe I got my events mixed up..I thought there was standing water on the field when I got there in a few places due to maybe heavy rain in the morning?

Thank you very much for the info though.

Last year it rained the night before the concours and we had to wait before we could display the cars on the grass as it was very slippery.

Correct. I have a pair of badly stained shoes as a result. But the weather the day of the event was terrific. We are all at the mercy of the weather.
