Surely the focus should be on the sheer ridiculousness of the fact that Ferrari even COULD have been penalised in those circumstances?! Getting rammed by someone on the slow-down lap after a race and incurring a penalty which could help decide the World Championship = joke.
Vettel wasn't rammed, he turned in on Stroll, who drifted slightly right. Both were at fault, but Vettel was the overtaking car and should have left more room. Footage here: https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/headlines/2017/10/vettel-stroll-clash-malaysia-no-action.html Vettel as usual jumps on the radio and blames the other driver, for the benefit of the stewards.
penalties apply in all racing after the chequered flag, including overtaking another car unsafely and/or causing an impact. You are not allowed to stop unless out of fuel, do a burn-out, etc, etc.
Via SKY F1 Red Bull advisor Hemut Marko claims the team are already looking at "alternatives" to Daniel Ricciardo for 2019. The Australian's contract expires at the end of next season and has hinted he is ready for a new challenge as he strives to become an F1 world champion. And Marko has told German publication Auto Motor und Sport: "Ricciardo is already on the market. We have to look for alternatives. We will not be unprepared." Carlos Sainz would appear to be the most likely replacement were Ricciardo to leave, with the highly-rated Spaniard on loan at Renault for a year in 2018. (Full story - external link, in German)
That's because Charlie who needs to retire Whiting encourages that BS. Every ****ing driver does it, they all sound like 12 years olds when they do it. Ocons engineer even told Ocon that he didn't whine enough when he got hit.

Awesome, thanks for sharing mate. I didn't know the gearbox housing was made of CF and how that driveshaft comes out either. You learn something new everyday. Good to hear Vettel didn't get a smack on the pee pee.
Hamilton interviews are the most insincere diatribe you will ever hear If I hear him say "what a great crowd" one more time I'll throw a can at the TV
Revised qualifying. Lewis much faster than Vettel, so don't get excited. Image Unavailable, Please Login
