That looks amazing and what a great idea with the potato's, I MUST try this recipe. I see you did not 'beer can' the bird and is the rub a "home brew" or from the store?.

![]() I bought smoked turkey legs from Whole Foods over the weekend and shredded the meat to use for a quesadilla last night...along with carmelized onions, mushrooms and copious amounts of jack cheese it was quite tasty! |

Well Darth I should of took a picture of the plate, but I ended up with the beef bowl cut , cream of spinach ,cream of corn, and fully loaded bake potatoe ...and to finish a slice of banana cream pie. A birthday tradition since I was a kid.

Stuffed roasted Cornish game hen with wild rice and green tea. Brined the hen and then seasoned with a rub from a local meat market that is simply amazing + Allegro.

I like the simplicity of the whole meal.
I have been in withdrawl for a nice simple steak dinner and sides. Homemade salad dressing (a simple venegrette) with all veggies cut & served very quickly? |
