A little too loud for me, especially at idle. I'm looking for something more like the sound of old Ferrari V12 Colombo blocks, like this:

Tony finished the major service on my 360. The car is running better than new.

Tony is NUMERO UNO for meticulous and conscientious work ... WOW!

MENCH!

Hello gang,
This is Cameron. I met some of you at a recent drive and breakfast.
I'm excited for more drives and can't wait to get to know all of you better. I also heard and saw photos of your exciting and elegant holiday party. Will not miss next year!!

I just wanted to come on your board and write how pleased I am with Tony. My car was not going in to gear and was completely frozen. I had spoken to him about this in passing a few weeks ago. Today he called me out of the blue saying he is passing my house and will stop by to have a look. He did and in a cool 8 minutes problem was solved... he even changed a relay switch that he just happen to have in his magic hat! Go figure!

Thanks Uncle Tony......

Looking forward to seeing all of you soon at the next event.

CR

I brought my car into T & R Automotive for a major service and check engine light. Tony completed the major service and diagnoised the check engine light problem. He did everything possible to keep the cost down which I was very grateful. During the time at the shop I observed Tony replacing doing everything from services to air brushing rims to custom work. I was impressed with Tony's knowledge and experience.

I had Tony perform the following work on my car:
1. Major service.
2. Replace my Ford sounding horn on my 360 to a Ferrari air horn.
3. Dye my driver seat.
4. Touch up paint chips and buff my car.
5. Paint my door sill kick panel lettering red.
6. Adjust my dash vents.
7. Resolve check engine light problem.
8. Install battery tender.
9. Replace screws with proper Ferrari parts he came across.
10. Loaned me a car while my car was in the shop.

Nice to find a shop you can trust not to take advantage of you at a fair price and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with thier work.

T & R Automotive
Once you go there you will be hooked!
Thanks Tony!

Cam... welcome. I hope you mean it when you say you're going to join us for more drives.

Did you guys know that Elvis is now working at T&R??!!
Yep, saw him there when I took my car in to change out the mirrors. He was there inspecting all of Tony's work. Thanks Elvis, the mirrors came out great.

Also, thank you Tony for doing such a great job. You had to take them apart and reinforce the joints and I appreciate all the extra time you put in!

Kouroshoo,

I saw your car at Tony's shop and installation of the carbon fiber mirrors were almost complete. How did they turn out?

I forgot to show you my kick sill panel Tony painted for me. The paint work turned out great and looks like it should have come that way from the factory. A little buffing and they now look brand new.

Kouroshoo7: "TCB" baby (said in a low baritone). Great seeing you, and thanks for lunch and introducing me to the new Chinese restaurant on Clement Street.

Maestro8: It was great seeing you a few weeks ago. I hope to see more of you around. I hope the Mondial Spyder is doing well.

Sorry for the delay in my response; I'm hardly ever on FChat. ;-)

Engine Bay Grill Snaps

I'm so tired of all the lousy-surfaced roads in San Francisco -- definitely tough driving for Ferraris. I guess all the bumpiness broke off a part on my engine bay lid.

The engine bay snaps that hold the vent grill on my engine bay lid popped off. I came in hot into Tony's station.

He checked it out, and he actually had the parts.

Before my engine could cool down, Tony installed the snaps, and I was back on the lousy-surfaced roads of San Francisco heading to the Promise Land (Elvis song).

Thanks, Tony!

Check 6.

Thanks Tony

Took my 328 to Tony with electrical issues. Before starting any work he protected the interior with seat covers and masked off the rest of the interior. He promptly diagnosed and completed the repairs. Great work!

Tony was successful in nearly eliminating a nice big winshield rock chip that my 575M sustained during Saturday's Delta Dash. Yeah Tony!

You can add my compliments to the VERY FINE way in which Tony and crew handled the recent servicing of my 599.I could not trust just anyone to handle my 12 cylinder beauty, including some authorized Ferrari service establishments.Simply put,Tony is a man that really CARES for you and your car in a way that all people in his profession should, but almost never do.Tony, you are one in a million, and I truly believe that. Give this man you Exotic car,or any car you may have for servicing with complete confidence.

New 308 Owner

Hi Folks,

I just purchased my first Ferrari a couple weeks ago and I'm looking for a good local mechanic. I live in Santa Rosa and would prefer to not have to drive to San Francisco for maintenance. Does anybody have any ideas or recommendations?

I've been a BMW guy for over 30 years, but I decided to take a walk on the wild side. I know this is basically a baby Ferrari, but it's my baby! :-)

This is my first attempt at posting pics on this forum, so I hope it works.

Best Regards,
Mike

If you don't want to go all the way into San Francisco to visit with Tony, then SF Motorsports in San Rafael is a great choice. John Heim is super (and so is Tony, but he's in SF).

Tony is awesome. We had a little issue (mostly my fault), and Tony stepped up and save the day. Highly recommended.

Thanks Tony

Ferrari F-430 LED Lights

I enjoy viewing the flick, Ghost Rider; hence, I asked TAForza to do whatever he thought to give Saphira a ghostly night presence that would "Wow!" pedestrians and civilian drivers whenever I parked her in front of a restaurant at night or drove her at night. He came up with this LED lighting set-up for me.

He tested many LEDs for the high temperature environment in the engine bay...finally, he found a set of LEDs that could withstand the harsh temperature.

The first pic is through the engine bay lid glass screen in my paddock.

All the LEDs in the rear are activated through a little toggle switch; and, the front spoiler LEDs and the headlight LEDs are activated whenever I turn my headlights on or activate my parking light button in the center console.

Check 6.
