Topping it all off, McLaren has boosted the twin-turbo 3.8L V8 by 75 horsepower, further increasing performance. Just five will be produced in total, all of which have already been spoken for...

They should have put that front on it from the start!

Totally agree. It's a lot less fussy. They still need to do something about the rear end, though.

The blue one looks very sinister and purposeful. It really photographed well. I don't believe the blue they sell is quite so inky-black, it's more of a mid blue, unfortunately. I wonder if it's the lighting/exposure settings or if it really is a different blue. Very cool.

Just five? And all are already spoken for? Lame. Are they trying to do the F1 LM thing again? But they haven't won any noteworthy series yet??

If they put that front end on all the cars, or make it an option, they'll sell a ****load more of these.

One of the currently available options is to have the front bumper in carbon. It makes the car look a lot better. Of course, the cleaned up and less cluttered front end of these cars is another level above that.

+1 The nose and the vented fenders are infinitely better than the original. There should be a 2013 revision to add that to every base car.

Better --- still looks like a modified tuner 360 to me.

The back looks better than the front (which is starting to look very 911-ish). Definitely an improvement.

I agree with everyone else. Makes the original look mundane.
