ferrari trade

After looking a testas, nothing else to say but beautiful car. I have been pondering the idea of selling my 1978 ferrari 308 gts for a testa. I was wondering if anyone on chat is interested in a trade/partial trade.

Maybe it can help if you introduce yourself; where do you live etc. etc. etc. ......

I f.i. live in The Netherlands in Europe ............. it is handy to know if a deal/transport is easy or very difficult ......

I am alberta canada. I purchased the car in montreal in 2005. The owner has it professionally painted rossa corsa red, its original color, and put in all new carpets. I have two sets of wheels, the originals, and after market rims and wheels that are a lowerr profile. The car runs great. I have done most of the work myself. It drips a little oil, but I am starting to think that whatever you do, they will these cars will always drip oil. Drives great.

I'm sorry my friend, but dripping oil is not 'standard' with these cars...

I am sorry to start a debate, but older ferrari's will always drip oil. You can try to stop it, you can take it to a ferrari dealer, and they will fix it, and it will only last for a few years, and it will drip again. If someone were interested in the car, I will fix the drip, but it will come back. I had this debat with two other friends, who seen there oilder ferrari drip oil and they panicked. Both got them fixed at ferrari dealer, two year later, they are dripping again. They learned their lesson.

And when they start to drip they should be repaired AGAIN. Then they don't drip, if they are dripping something is wrong and needs attention.
