How often do 512 TR Factory Service Manuals come up on Ebay? I don't like CD's that much and rather have the paper copy. What are the prices? Thank you! ottocars
Danielc1: I do have a CD already - but I would like a paper manual. Thank you very much for the offer!
Jurgen: I almost got two original workshop manual sets back in 2004, but I always called a few hours too late. I have not seen an original set since. The spare parts catalog is much more helpful, with exploded diagrams, part numbers, etc. ...Jim
Jim: I do have an original 512TR parts manual but would like a workshop manual to complete the set. I am in Germany right now. Maybe we can do a Ferrari dinner when I am back. Jurgen
He guys, have you looked at the right places ... ? Look here and tell me if you found what you needed....
I printed them at work a section at a time. Much easier and no stress with mailing of a heavy item involved.
Daniel, do you still have thos pdfs?? I would be interested. I'm having alot of trouble figuring out what is the cable/sensor that goes into the brake booster.
I would be interested in the .pdf version of the manual. Could anyone send it to me by email. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!
Could you possibly let me know where - I would like a copy but don't fancy my chances on the ebay sellers ever delivering?
Mel got you close with his link in post#7 (that's to the SPC or Spare Parts Catalog). Here is the link to the WSM (Workshop Manual): http://www.ferraridatabase.com/The_Downloads/Manuals_Workshop.htm There is ton of useful info on this site, check it out. The 512 is a big manual in two parts (V1: 105mb and V2: 51 mb) so I hope you have DSL or better to download. I did see a real 512 volume 2 manual sell on eBay recently for ~$150.00, so they are occasionally around. I have never seen an original TR WSM anywhere, and what I really need is an original copy of the TR 509/88 Wiring Diagram. I can get by with the .pdf versions of just about anything else but the wiring diagrams. Also, here are some other F-car document sites that may occasionally list originals: www.maranello-literature.com http://www.ferrariliterature.com/
Hi Tim; I have an original set of wiring diagrams for sale- mint condition 509/88. Send me an email to [email protected] if interested. Thanks! Cody
bumping an old post, but I am searching for the service manual for 512 TR. The service manual PDF file in the link above is corrupt for the 512 TR, all others seems to work ok. Can anybody point me in the rite direction for find a good link? Thank you!
I just went to both links, and they work fine... the manuals are very large, and take a while to download, but if you give it time, they'll be there. http://www.ferraridatabase.com/The_Downloads/The%20Documents/Workshop%20Manual%20512%20TR%20Vol%201.pdf http://www.ferraridatabase.com/The_Downloads/The%20Documents/Workshop%20Manual%20512%20TR%20Vol%202.pdf Mike
Here they are ... On Ebay you sometimes see them for about $ 200 each ... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just got my TR a couple of days ago and I'm looking for a manual... links on this thread don't seem to work anymore. If someone has the manual, would it be possible to wetransfer or dropbox it to me? Cheers, Juhani
hey guys, the site and many of its documents are still available via the internet archive: Internet Archive Wayback Machine pick a date it was archived such as one in 2015 and you can see the site; i've been able to successfully download PDFs from the past from the site using archive.org in the past few weeks. Some of the very largest PDFs may only archive on certain dates, so you may need to search around a bit.
thank you for the info tim I just tried this link, but can not go on. it says that ferraridatabase.com is gereserveerd ( reserved ). so how can I find some files to download?
hey Joe - if you click on the link, you'll see what looks like a calendar. it's really a listing of dates that the data from the site was archived. you need to go into the past to when the site was still running to find a date that you can download files. e.g. click on the 2015 link at the top, then click on march 21st. you will then see the site and can navigate through it and find the files to download. For example, I just downloaded the TR spare parts catalog PDF. Happy to help let me know if you have any more questions.
I tried this tim, but for 2016 it is not working, when I click on 2015 it is automatically going to 2014. when I go then to 17th december it works fine. so you have access to 2015? as long as this all is working I recommend for all to download all from there, nobody knows how long this will work
agreed. the site was taken offline sometime in 2016, but the snapshots before that point should work. I don't know how long these archives stick around, so my only advice would be to get them now while we still can.
