Saw this tonight. It was quite funny in places. I was entered in a raffle and won a pink t-shirt, a pink note pad and some champagne. I'm not likely to use any of those items.

Recently saw:-

The Reader : excellent.
Revolutionary Road : not too bad
The Wrestler : I liked it.
Changeling : Excellent
Flash of Genius : Liked it a lot
Slumdog Millionaire : Very good
Doubt : ok...just

I've seen Watchmen 3 times since it was released on the 5th....

Well, yeah, I thought we already knew that.

But seeing a good film 3 times is still better than seeing Confessions even once

Saw Eric Bana's "Love the Beast" - should be compulsory viewing for the friends and family of all car nuts; maybe they'd start to understand us (me?) a little!

BTW, I though "Doubt" was excellent - so many different elements of right and wrong came into play. At the end, my friend and I had a big discussion over what was the 'doubt' Meryl Streep was crying over in the end. I reckon she was doubting her whole religious conviction, my mate thought she was just doubting whether she'd been right in her suspicions...

What do you mean get rid of my mate? Having a mate to have a good 'discussion' with is GOLD! And that was the other good thing about the movie - you really didn't know if he was guilty or not (another great 'discussion' in that!).
