google abit on this car and what I found is that the car was advertised by Autoinc last Aug in sgcarmart as well. Any previous owner of this car in this forum, do share some info regarding the car so I know what I am getting myself into.

Lastly, where do I bring a F car for PPI?

Thank you
Anybody has any info regarding the said car? I am resisting the urge to call the owner to view the car as I'm afraid I might just follow the heart instead of the brain...:/

Thank you!!

Believe that car belonged to Tucks brother. It was then bought by an English investment banker years ago... Believe he is still running the car and is the guy selling it.

Harold, Wilson's (tuck's bro) car had a rebuilt cabin to tan with Sparco seats & this one looks like it has original black. There's a few Targas around & I can't remember their history anymore but whatever it is, Meng, please send it to HongSeh look for Sam or Exq Marque to look for Ben & run a full PPI. Pay attention to the chassis integrity & everything else as usual. This car has added an extra air intake on the front lower bumper as some thinks it's a more balanced look.

A recent write up about Ferrari V8s said that 348 has one of the most delicious steering feel. Go get that magazine if you haven't read it. Either Car or Evo.

Many thanks Harold and SFchallange for the replies.

Is it possible to call up either Hong Seh (do they still do ferraris?) or Ex Marques to enquire if they have any service records of the car? I would prefer to know as much as possible about the history of the car before heading down to have a look at it, and also, I am not sure if the owner is comfortable with bringing the car down for a PPI upon viewing his car for the first time.

Thanks!!

Meng, you have to take one thing at a time. First of all, if you both agree on the price, insist offer is only good if PPI done and results are good. HSM will be happy to do it as it's revenue for them. Many bros here know Sam the service manager very well. There should be a good chance of getting the service records. If all works out, you will own this baby. Good luck.

meng, i agree with king ...

assuming the price is agreed upon, make the deal subject to a clean inspection. if anything serious comes up, you retain the option to pull out.

if the owner declines this reasonable request, personally, i would walk away as this would indicate to me that there is something that needs to remain hidden.

good luck.

Plus one on both posts!

Otherwise, please stretch your budget a bit & consider Coed F360s as some are under S$300K now & a much better car in many ways. Especially reliability.

That F348, could be maintained in 3rd party workshops & HSM + most service centres are always unwilling to reveal history unless u're a buddy

Let us know your results & good luck!

All hail the God of Supercars

See what you guys missed yesterday morning?

A Hyper-car as Clarkson calls them, joined us for the drive!

Unfortunately, I realised that my camera was set to manual focusing mode few hours before while shooting the night sky so most of the car pics are probably out of focus! photographer's nightmare

Jon is super salesman, buy parts first before buying car! I like that. haha.

Meng, I would stretch to buy a 355 instead! That was what I told Harold and he wouldn't listen.

15 July morning

While driving home @ 4+ am on Sunday morning, I saw a most ineteresting night sky with 3 bright lights, the moon & two others. One's usually Venus but there was another bright one too.

Turns out to be Jupiter & only seen in pre-dawn hours. I only had a wide angle lens & no tripod. So if u guys are into astronomy & a night creature, look into the Eastern sky in pre-dawn hours.... they are far brighter then what u see here

Brother, I think we buy models cars first ^^ but you actually own a model shop! Now, if only your model shop is the other kind of models

But 355 now all overpriced leh, that thing just won't depreciate! Is it telling us something?

Some more pics. Sorry for the out of focus pic We did a simple drive up north east.

Had some nice colored cars yesterday. Lime green Lp570, red F308GTB, pearl yellow F599, silver 360CS, black Diablo & the pearl white+carbon Cinque.

Unfortunately, I was leading so could not savour the Pagani. It must have been a feast for many as you virtually don't see one on the road here! It has so much presence.

Thank goodness, the pics don't turn out too bad as focus was locked in infinity so those far away are sharp but near are not.

The award for sound department should go to the CS, that darn thing was deafening to the ears when it shot by in the CTE & my windows were down! It must have been frightening to other traffic

The Pagani Zonda Cinque has so much presence, everything else simply melt into the environment even my Diablo disappears

Unfortunately, my photoshop skill can't erase that Opel which is quite an eyesore here

All hail the King!

Think it has less than 1000km so not run-in yet plus the car was in a layer of dust, evidence of an idle-king

It does have an F1 high pitched sound & more earful above 6k rpm....
