That is the scariest part of the track for sure. I managed to consistently hit 128mph on main once I felt secure enough coming out of that turn onto the straight.

And Im a dumb ass for never thinking of using painters tape. My front end has turned to trash from track debris.

Was there a Pantera run last weekend? I kept seeing them on Sunday heading towards Vegas or Laughlin.

Well, since 2009...this elusive Ferrari F40 hadn't shown its face...till today...errr..yesterday!

Going the opposite direction I see, to be politically correct for this thread, spot it!

I again didn't get a good look. Last time I saw it, I was half-way asleep early in the morning on a drive back to Texas. Both times, I questioned its legitimacy.

Pecos Road and around 32nd in Ahwatukee around 5:50PM

F40, real or replica...we shall meet again!

Also, up in North Scottsdale, a black 458 and a black R8 Spider and in Old Town Scottsdale, a Bentley Azure.

I believe we seen the same one on the way into work yesterday. close to that area, was hopping over in HOV lane and seen it headed west on the 10. who drives a F40 during morning rush hour traffic? I didnt get a real clear look as I was changing 5 lanes but my wife knows that shape and after you posted this I showed her a pic of F40 and she confirmed thats what she seen.

I saw what appeared to be an F40 the other day turning left from Desert Foothills parkway onto Chandler Blvd the other day. Couldn't tell for sure but looked like a replica.

I usually never post on this thread since I go spotting every Friday and Saturday, but I saw one very rare car yesterday:

The Audi R8 GT Spyder. They plan on bringing only 30 to the US and there are only a few of those here in the States now. The owner also gave me a ride in it!

When we were looking at getting the Cali last summer/fall the guys at Audi North Scottsdale offered us their allocation for their R8 GT Spyder. I was surprised considering how limited they were.

Also, saw a yellow R8 on Sunday around 9:45am getting off the 101 S at Shea.

Yeah, and I have to say, it didn't look very good on that car IMHO.

I feel like I've seen a yellow R8 before, but I'm not positive.

I was at the Mercedes dealer in North Scottsdale and they have two custom ordered SLS's. They each have $14,000 paint jobs on them. One is Copper and the other is Robins egg blue! The blue is so cool

Completely agree. Yellow looks fantastic on a Ferrari, or the R8's Italian cousin, the Gallardo, but it looks out of place on most German cars. A RUF-modified Porsche would be an exception to that rule in my opinion.

Was the person driving like a jerk? If so, it was likely me.
